A Track Record of Building What’s Missing

Long before AJL Consulting Group, Adjani Jenkins-Lemar was identifying gaps in healthcare and human-service systems and developing practical solutions to address them.

Her experience includes creating operational tools for complex behavioral-health processes, developing regulatory workflows and reference systems for social-service operations, and translating grant requirements into a functioning diabetes intervention program. Using motivational interviewing and structured support to address psychosocial barriers for individuals with Type 2 diabetes, the program was later reported to have surpassed its fiscal-year A1C goal based on clinical laboratory data.

That same approach extended beyond institutional settings. Adjani independently developed educational and visual resources in response to practical needs she encountered outside of her professional roles. Those resources later grew into a commercial catalog purchased by customers in the United States, Australia, Canada, and the United Kingdom.
