A Track Record of Building What’s Missing

Long before AJL Consulting Group, Adjani Jenkins-Lemar was identifying gaps in healthcare systems and building practical solutions to address them.

Her experience includes developing operational tools to navigate complex behavioral-health processes, creating regulatory workflows and reference systems for social-services operations, and designing a diabetes intervention program from grant criteria into a functioning model of care. That program used motivational interviewing to address psychosocial barriers for individuals with Type 2 diabetes and was later reported to have surpassed its fiscal-year A1C goal based on clinical laboratory data.

That same builder mindset extended beyond institutional settings. Adjani began independently designing educational and visual resources in response to practical needs she encountered in her own life. Those resources later developed into a commercial catalog purchased by customers in the United States, Australia, Canada, and the United Kingdom.

AJL brings these experiences together under one company: systems analysis, program and resource development, healthcare education, and practical tools designed around how people actually encounter complex systems.
