Current community education topics include health insurance, family healthcare navigation, Medicare and healthcare coverage, healthcare-appointment preparation, asking effective healthcare questions, and avoiding healthcare “ping-pong.” Ready Routines: School Readiness & Daily Independence is AJL’s first Little Choices launch offer.
Lunch and learns are generally 20 to 30 minutes. Educational presentations are generally 30 to 45 minutes. Interactive workshops and professional training are generally 60 to 90 minutes.
Lunch and learns start at $500. Ready Routines is available as a $750 workshop, a $1,250 workshop and toolkit package, or a $1,750 to $2,250 workshop, toolkit, and defined site-license package. Other program fees depend on scope, audience, location, customization, and included materials.
AJL may adapt examples, emphasis, and application activities to fit the audience while preserving the approved purpose, scope, and intellectual property of the program. Substantial new curriculum development is quoted separately.
Only when the purchased option or a separate written agreement includes defined reuse rights. Workshop materials, toolkits, and licensed materials are not interchangeable. Materials may not be copied, distributed, modified, uploaded, recorded, or reused beyond the rights expressly granted.

A healthcare navigation consultation helps an individual or caregiver understand a complex situation, organize information, identify who owns different responsibilities, evaluate available options, and develop practical next steps. AJL provides education and independent guidance, not medical, legal, or financial advice.

No. Individuals and caregivers may submit the Client Screening Form directly. Professionals may also make a referral with the individual’s knowledge and consent.
Virtual individual consultation services are available to appropriate clients throughout Pennsylvania. In-person availability depends on the service and location.
AJL reviews the information to determine whether the request is within scope and which service may be appropriate. Submission does not guarantee acceptance. If the request is a fit, AJL provides service, fee, scheduling, and next-step information.
A Client Action Report is the written deliverable provided with an eligible consultation. It summarizes relevant issues, recommendations, resources when appropriate, and practical next steps based on the client-provided information and the agreed service scope.
The Client Action Report is generally provided within five business days after the consultation unless a different timeline is agreed in writing.
The Independent Case Review & Navigation Consultation includes review of up to 10 pages of client-provided information and relevant documentation. Additional document review requires a separately approved scope and fee.
No. Individual services are private-pay and are not billed to insurance.
AJL offers assistance with one approved application through the Basic Application Assistance service. The service does not guarantee eligibility, approval, placement, or coverage.
Calls or direct communication with third parties are not included unless expressly purchased as part of a defined premium scope. AJL does not provide legal or administrative representation and does not serve as an ongoing case manager.
Client email is generally answered within two business days. Email support remains limited to the purchased service and defined follow-up period.
Navigation Support is a defined 30-day service that may include up to two 30-minute check-ins, bounded email guidance, and approved follow-up within the accepted scope. It does not provide unrestricted access, unlimited document review, ongoing representation, or open-ended case management.
AJL may close a service after seven consecutive days without the information or response required to continue. Reopening or beginning additional work may require a new request and fee.
No. Call 911 or use the appropriate emergency or crisis service when there is an immediate threat to health or safety. AJL services are scheduled and are not designed for urgent intervention.
No. AJL provides education, consultation, healthcare navigation, and practical guidance. Clients remain responsible for decisions and should use the appropriate licensed professional when medical, legal, financial, clinical, or other specialized advice is required.
