AJL programs go beyond presenting healthcare information. Each program is designed to help participants understand how healthcare systems operate, recognize responsibilities and decision points, ask more effective questions, and identify practical next steps.

Programs draw on Adjani Jenkins-Lemar’s experience across healthcare settings as well as her background in program development, systems navigation, and practical resource design. Content is structured to reduce unnecessary complexity while preserving the information participants need to make informed decisions and follow through after the session.

Healthcare Navigation for Families

Helps individuals, families, and caregivers understand how healthcare responsibilities are divided, prepare for healthcare decisions, communicate effectively, locate appropriate resources, and move concerns through the correct process.

Maternal Health & Navigation Series

AJL is developing a practical healthcare navigation series for expectant and new parents. This program is not currently available for booking. Organizations interested in future updates may identify maternal health as an area of interest on the Educational Program Request Form.

Presentation Formats

Lunch & Learn | 20 to 30 Minutes

A focused educational session addressing one defined topic. 

Educational Presentation | 30 to 45 Minutes

A structured presentation with practical examples, participant guidance, and approved take-home resources. Pricing is based on the topic, audience, location, and customization required.

Interactive Workshop or Professional Training | 60 to 90 Minutes

A deeper learning experience that may include case application, guided activities, demonstrations, planning tools, or professional implementation discussion. Pricing is based on program scope and included deliverables.

Customization

AJL may adapt examples, emphasis, and application activities to fit the audience and setting while preserving the approved instructional purpose, scope, and intellectual property of each program. Requests requiring substantial new curriculum development are quoted separately.

In-person educational programs are available throughout the Greater Philadelphia region, including Philadelphia, Montgomery County, Bucks County, and Delaware County. Virtual programming is available for approved engagements.
