Payment Terms

• A $75 administrative fee is required upfront for new facilities (non-refundable).
  
  

• PASRR Level I screenings are $50 each, or available in bundles as listed.
  
  

• Payment is due upon receipt. Screenings are not released until payment is received.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Administrative fees are non-refundable.
  
  

• No refunds on unused screenings in a prepaid bundle.
  
  

• Completed screenings are non-refundable. Clients may cancel future screenings at any time; prepaid fees remain non-refundable.
  
  

Privacy Policy

• AJL Consulting Group, LLC handles client information in accordance with HIPAA guidelines.
  
  

• We collect only the information necessary to provide services and comply with regulations.
  
  

• We do not sell or share client data with third parties.
